The hotel has spacious rooms and some of the staff are welcoming and accommodating, making my stay somewhat pleasant. However, the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with dusty areas and an outdated bathroom. The dining experience was quite poor, and the location near a busy road made it difficult to enjoy. While the service from some staff was nice, I probably wouldn't return due to these issues.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are spacious, but they need a deep clean and modern updates. The bathroom is old and quite rundown.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff tried their best to be helpful and nice, especially the porters and security.
Location
6.0
The hotel is in a good location for visiting the pyramids, but it's right next to a very busy road which causes constant noise and makes evening outings difficult.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was not great, and I honestly think it should have been free considering the quality. The waiting staff were attentive, but the food options were quite poor.
Facilities
5.0
The swimming pool looked nice, but I didn't feel inclined to use it due to the overall cleanliness issues.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is beautifully adorned with Egyptian historic portraits in the lobby. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant ambiance. The rooms were luxurious, and I particularly enjoyed the lavish breakfast spread. However, the water pricing was a bit steep, and the roads around were quite busy, which detracted slightly from the experience.

The couple suite I booked was absolutely lavish and very well kept, making my stay truly enjoyable.
Service
9.0
The staff was good, friendly, and attentive, enhancing my overall experience in the hotel.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located about 20 to 30 minutes from the Great Pyramids, but the surrounding area was quite noisy and busy, which could be overwhelming.
Dining

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety of fresh sweets, although the water was quite expensive.

5.0/10

My stay at the hotel was unfortunate, marred by constant noise from the nearby overpass and subpar food options. While the room itself was spacious and clean, the overall experience was severely affected by poor service and a disappointing dining experience. The pool, although looked nice, was not well-kept, and the lack of any bar service was surprising. I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless significant changes are made.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and well-serviced, which was a plus. The cleanliness was also good, thanks to the hard work of the chamber maid.
Service
5.0
The service was generally lacking; staff seemed uninformed about available services, and requests often went unfulfilled or were handled poorly. Customer service really needs improvement.
Location
5.0
The hotel is situated right next to a major road that is chaotic and noisy, making it less than ideal for a peaceful stay. It's fairly close to local attractions, but the immediate surroundings were not appealing.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were very disappointing. The food was bland, and breakfast items were stale. There was no range of beverage options available, making it frustrating.
Facilities
5.0
The pool appeared attractive but was not properly maintained, with issues like a broken ladder and cloudy water. Not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Although the pool looked inviting, the area around it was not well-maintained. The dining options were extremely underwhelming, and the service was lacking, making it tough to enjoy the stay overall. Definitely not suitable for tourists looking for a quality experience.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were big, which was a plus, but they weren't clean.
Service
5.0
The service was quite poor; it felt like customer service didn't exist here.
Location
5.0
The hotel is near some busy streets but it was surrounded by construction and rubbish, which was not appealing.
Dining
5.0
The food was terrible, and the dining experience was a disappointment with poorly prepared dishes.
Facilities
5.0
The pool was okay but needed repairs, and many facilities were not up to standard.

This hotel serves mainly as a stopover for tourists visiting the nearby historical sites, offering basic, clean accommodations. While we appreciated the friendly staff and the pool area, the outdated rooms and location left much to be desired. With a lack of nearby dining options and a rather uninviting local area, I wouldn't recommend staying for extended periods. However, for a quick overnight stay, it was manageable, especially considering the value for the tour package we booked.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were basic but clean, though in need of modernization. We found them spacious enough, but our third bed felt cramped.
Service
7.0
The staff tried their best to be accommodating, but some requests took longer than expected, and they were overly eager at times.
Location
5.0
The location felt unsafe for a foreigner, with a polluted and traffic-heavy area surrounding the hotel. It was difficult to find restaurants nearby.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a standard mix of continental and Egyptian fare, adequate but unexciting. We could have used more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The pool seemed nice, though we didn't use it much. Overall facilities felt subpar compared to expectations for a 'grand' hotel.
